Sandwiches and Salads

Our sandwiches and salads are “Made Fresh, Made Here,”™ which means we prepared them on premises so they’re as fresh as possible. (We don’t use a commissary system or otherwise have them trucked in from elsewhere.) We use only the finest natural ingredients, and our bread arrives every morning from great local bakeries like Amy’s and Orwasher’s.

• Farmhouse Smoked Turkey Sandwich With Brie cheese, basil pesto spread, and cranberry sauce on Amy’s fennel raisin bread.	• Smoked Salmon Sandwich With tomatoes, watercress, red onion, and cream cheese on Amy’s pumpernickel bread.
• Vegan Sandwich Roasted red pepper hummus, carrots, Guss’ pickles, cucumbers, and sprouts on Amy’s whole wheat five-grain bread.	• Ham & Smith’s Cheddar Sandwich With Guss’ pickles, arugula, mayo, and old-style dijon mustard on Amy’s French bread.
• Hummus Wrap With cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouts, and olive oil on a spinach wrap.	• Mozzarella & Tomato With fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil pesto spread on Amy’s French baguette.
• Prosciutto & Swiss With roasted red peppers, sprouts, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar on Amy’s French baguette.	• Brie & Granny Smith Apple Drizzled with honey and balsamic vinegar on Amy’s French baguette.
• Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich All natural peanut butter and strawberry or raspberry preserves on Amy’s whole wheat bread.	• Johnny Boy Sandwich All natural peanut butter, banana, honey, and cinnamon on Amy’s whole wheat bread.
• Beet & Goat Cheese Salad With mixed greens, crushed walnuts, and balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.

Grilled Cheese

Grilled to order with Swiss cheese, Smith’s farmstead cheddar, Kraft Singles, vegan cheddar, ham, tomatoes, basil pesto spread, and/or olive tapenade on Orwasher’s multi-grain bread.

Soups

Assorted soups from famed local soup company Hale & Hearty.

Baked Goods & Pastries

Locally baked cookies, brownies, bars, cakes and pies.

Cheese Plates

Uplands’ Pleasant Ridge Reserve, Hudson Valley Camembert, and/or Westfield Classic Goat Blue. Served with dried fruit, nuts, olives, and Amy’s French baguette. Available after 6pm.

• Breakfast Pastries Muffins, scones, croissants, and apple millefeuille by artisan bakery Tisserie.	• Oatmeal Steamed milk, cinnamon, raisins, and honey.
• Assorted Bagels Made to order with your choice of cream cheese, tofu cream cheese, butter, tomato, and smoked salmon.	• Granola Parfait Made with fresh strawberries and low-fat organic vanilla yogurt.
